The Canadian Cardiovascular Atlas project is a comprehensive analysis of a
number of important topics affecting the cardiovascular health and outcomes
of Canadians, e.g., the burden of cardiac disease (including Acute Myocardial Infarction and Congestive Heart Failure), treatment strategies and outcome patterns across Canada.
